Efficacy and safety of anlotinib, a multikinase angiogenesis inhibitor, in combination with epirubicin in preclinical models of soft tissue sarcoma
Soft tissue sarcoma (STS) is a rare and diverse group of solid tumors with poor survival. For the first time, we showed that anlotinib, a multikinase angiogenesis inhibitor, combined with epirubicin was an effective and safe therapy in a sarcoma patient‐derived xenografts model, which suggested combined therapy drug as a promising therapeutic strategy for STS patients. Abstract Background Anlotinib is a novel, orally administered, multitarget receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It functions...

Development and validation of novel nomograms for predicting the survival of patients after surgical resection of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma
In the present study, we constructed and validated nomograms for predicting the 1‐, 3‐, and 5‐year OS and CSS rates after surgical resection of PDAC. The nomograms established in the present study showed good performance for the prediction of OS and CSS, which was superior to that of the existing, conventional AJCC staging system with an improved net benefit. Therefore, these nomograms hold promise as novel prognosis models for improving the prediction of individualized postoperative survival and...
