ABSTRACT Objective Mutations in the genes coding for succinate dehydrogenase (SDHx) are the most frequent germline alterations in pheochromocytomas and paragangliomas. Evidence for the advantages associated with pre‐symptomatic screening for SDHx mutation carriers is scarce.
